Retirement Announcement

With enormously mixed emotions, it is now time to announce that we shall be officially retiring on 30th June 2026.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you, our wonderful customers and friends, for all your amazing support and loyalty over the past 47 years. It has been our absolute joy and privilege to share in so many of your special occasions and celebrations with our jewellery.

From 1st July 2026, our business will no longer be registered at 42 Berkeley Square, London W1J 5AW.

If you need advice about your jewellery in the future, do please contact us, using the new Contact Details below, and we will do our best to recommend the most appropriate colleague to help you, depending on your needs at that time.

Shipping policy

DELIVERY FOR UK ORDERS

  • Delivery to UK addresses is by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is charged at £7.50.
  • Free delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery on orders over £1000 (UK only) - next working day delivery.
  • Courier service (central London postcodes only) - £20 for same-day delivery.
  • If you order over the telephone before 1pm, your order will arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery the next working day (Monday to Saturday only, excluding all Bank Holidays). If you place your order online, it will be despatched as soon as funds reach our bank account which is usually three working days.
  • If you place your order after 1pm on Friday, it will be processed on Monday and delivered before 1pm on Tuesday.
  • All orders must be signed for at point of delivery. If your order is returned because no signature was obtained or for any other reason, you will be responsible for all return and re-delivery charges.
  • If someone unauthorised signs for your purchase at the address you have given us, it will not be the responsibility of Nigel Milne Ltd or Nigel Milne (Antique Jewellery) Ltd. Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of your payment.

  • For all International and EU orders, please contact Nigel Milne Ltd by email: jewels@nigelmilne.co.uk or telephone: +44 (0)20 7491 9201 to place your order and arrange payment of your VAT Export - Zero Rated purchase and FedEx Shipping Charges.
  • For orders to be shipped to customers in the US, please note that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address
  • Please note that ALL Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Signed For International Delivery (for International & EU orders under £500) - £20 and approximately 6 working days to most destinations.
  • FedEx Delivery (for International & EU orders over £500 and up to £2,000) - £75 and approximately 2 working days.
  • FedEx Delivery for International & EU orders over £2,000 - Free
